Steak & Shrimp Kabobs

Ingredients
- 1 C teriyaki sauce
- 1 can (6 oz) pineapple juice
- 1/2 C brown sugar
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 t Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 t pepper
- 1 lb beef top sirloin steak, cubed
- 1 lb uncooked shrimp. Cleaned & deveined
- 1 lb whole mushrooms
- 2 lg green peppers cut into 1" pieces
- 2 medium onions halved & quarter
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes.
- 1 1/2 t cornstarch

Step 1
In large bowl, mix first 6 ingredients. Pour 1/2 of the marinade into large zip lock, add beef. Seal bag & turn to coat. Cover & refrigerate remaining marinade.
On metal or soaked wooden skewers, thread beef , shrimp & vegetables
In small saucepan, mix cornstarch & reserved marinade until smooth. Bring to boil cook & stir for 1-2 mins
Grill over indirect heat turning once. Cook til shrimp is pink & beef is to desired doneness.
