Spicy Salmon Marinade

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 T black pepper
• 1/2 t paprika
• 1/4 t cayenne pepper
• 1 t minced garlic
• 1 T dijon mustard
• 1 T brown sugar
• 1/2 t onion powder
• 1/4 t salt
• 2 T olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Spread over salmon filet and chill for an hour

Preheat oven to 450F

Bake for 8-12 min. depending on the thickness of the filet
