Ingredients

  • 1 cup elbow macaroni
  • 1 lob grd meat or turkey
  • 1 med. onion
  • 1 can(28oz) diced tomato untrained
  • 2/3 cup frozen corn
  • 1 can (8oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 can chopped ground chillies
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Cook pasta according to the directions.
Cook the meat and onions for 6 minutes.
Stir in the tomato, corn, sauce, cumin, chilies and salt/pepper
Bring to a boil
Uncover for 5-6 minutes
