Ingredients
- 1 cup elbow macaroni
- 1 lob grd meat or turkey
- 1 med. onion
- 1 can(28oz) diced tomato untrained
- 2/3 cup frozen corn
- 1 can (8oz) tomato sauce
- 1 can chopped ground chillies
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta according to the directions.
Cook the meat and onions for 6 minutes.
Stir in the tomato, corn, sauce, cumin, chilies and salt/pepper
Bring to a boil
Uncover for 5-6 minutes
