Instant Pot Shrimp and Parmesan Grits

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 cup quick grits
  • 1 ounces Parmesan cheese
  • half stick butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 12 ounces cooked shrimp
  • Old Bay seasoning
  • dash or two pepper
  • 3 cups water

Preparation

Step 1

Season shrimp and saute in oil. Remove shrimp and set aside.

Add water, cream and grits to instant pot. Stir. Cook on high pressure for 3 minutes, then quick release.

Add in cheese and stir. Add butter and stir well.

Serve in bowls and top with shrimp.
