Ingredients
- 2 T olive oil
- 1/4 C minced onion
- 3 hand full of fresh chopped spinach
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 LB ground chicken or turkey
- 1 egg
- 1/4 t red pepper flakes
- 8 oz crumbled feta cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425F
In a large skillet over med-high heat add the olive oil and the onion. Cook and until golden, and garlic and spinach and cook until the spinach is wilted. Remove from heat and cool.
In a large bowl combine all ingredients and form into 4 patties. Refrigerate for 30 min. or freeze for later. Place on a wire rack and bake for 15 min. then flip and bake 5 min. longer.
