• baby spinach
• shredded mozzarella
• evoo
• salt and pepper
• cooking string

Step 1

set oven to 450
pound meat til thin
layer raw baby spinach and then top with shredded mozzerells
drizzle with very little evoo. salt and pepper. roll meat and tie with string. bake for 30 minutes
