Ingredients
- 1 20oz can crushed pineapple with juice
- 1 3.4oz packet instant pistachio pudding mix
- 1 1/2 C mini marshmallows
- 1 8oz cool whip
- 1/2 C chopped pecans or walnuts

Preparation
Step 1
In a medium bowl mix the pineapple and its juice with the pudding mix. Stir unlit the pudding had dissolved. Stir in the rest of the ingredients and fold to combine. Cover and chill of at least an hour.
