Mashed potatoes, Baked

Ingredients

  • 8 to 10 potatoes
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 small pkg. cream cheese
  • garlic salt

Preparation

Step 1

Cook & mash potatoes. Cream together sour cream and cream cheese and fold into potatoes. Season with garlic salt. Dot with butter.

Bake 45 minutes at 350* in buttered casserole.

This can be made the day before. Keep in refrigerator until baking. May also be frozen.
