Step 1

In a shaker add 4 slices of cucumber, 8 blueberries and 6 mint leaves. Muddle. Then add ice, 2 oz vodka, 1 oz lime juice. Shake and pour into a mule cub. Then top with ginger beer and 4 blueberries. Then thread 4 blueberries and a piece of candied ginger onto a toothpick as a garnish along with sprig of mint.
