Step 1
In a saucepan cook 1/2 c butter over low heat about 12 minutes or until bronwed. Remove from heat and let cool for 2 minutes. Then stir in 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar and 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper. Serve immediately on meat or vegetables or whatever.
