Step 1
Preheat oven to 450. In a small bowl mix 4 oz cream cheese and 1/2 c grated sharp cheddar. With a small spoon fill each half of 6 large jalapenos and salt and pepper. Place peppers on parchment paper on baking sheet and back until cheese is browned and bubbling, about 10 minutes, rotating sheet halfway through.
