Ingredients
- 5 lbs. pork spareribs
- 3 cloves crushed garlic
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup shoyu
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 can (20 oz.)pineapple w/juice
Preparation
Step 1
Cut up pork and brown with garlic. Add brown sugar, vinegar, shoyu, and pineapple.
Simmer on medium til done.
Make cornstarch paste if you want gravy to be thicker (I usually don't).
