Gravy

Ingredients

  • 6 Tbs Butter
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 4 Tbs Flour
  • 2 tsp Beef Base
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 2 Cups Water

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter over medium heat. Add onion and cook until almost carmelized. Stir in flour a little at a time. Let cook in to get rid of flour taste. Stir in Water, beef base and pepper. Let cook until thickened stirring frequently.
