Pesto Green Beans

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
  • 3/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 pound French green beans
  • 1 pinch Salt & Pepper to Taste

Preparation

Step 1

Fill the pot half way with water and add 1 tbsp. Of sea salt and bring the pot to a boil. Place the beans in the boiling water and cook until tender.

In a bowl add all the ingredients and mix.

Place the warm beans into the bowl and toss.

Serve
