Step 1
Cut butter in small cubes
In a food processor place flour, salt and butter; pulse processor until butter is almost like crumbs.
Add 3 spoons of water and pulse processor again, add
the last 3 spoons of water and pulsate
Be careful because the mix may be too heavy. At this point take the mixture and split it in half
And with a roller expand it to the size you want.
