Parmesan Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs baby potatoes, halved
  • 1/2 C finely grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbl oil
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/8 tsp chili powder
  • sour cream for dipping

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400. Grease baking dish with oil.

Whisk together all ingredients except sour cream. Sprinkle mixture evenly over the oiled baking dish.
Place potatoes cut side down on top of the cheese mixture, pressing gently to make sure the cheese adheres to them.

Bake 35-40 minutes, or until potatoes are fork tender and cheese is golden and crispy.
