Ingredients

  • MEATBALL MIX
  • 1 Pound ground beef
  • 1 Cup bread crumbs
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 Cup milk
  • 2 Tablespoons diced onion
  • 1 Teaspoon salt
  • Dash Pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons fat
  • GRAVY MIXTURE
  • 4 Cups water
  • 5 to 6 Tablespoons McCormick Gravy Mix

Step 1


Combine and mix well all ingredients ... EXCEPT the FAT
Form into 1-1/2” balls (use small or medium ball scoop)
Add fat to a large frying pan to melt
Brown meatballs well
Pat meatballs with a paper towel to absorb any fat/grease

Pour gravy mix over meatballs in a deep frying pan.
Cook over low heat about 20 minutes.
