Pan Release (Cake Grease)

This pan grease it amazing and is the best thing I've ever used. It works 100 times better than cooking spray. Make as little or as much as you want and store it in the refrigerator.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup shortening
- 1/4 cup vegetable (or other) oil

Step 1
Blend or mix ingredients thoroughly until smooth and creamy.
Use a pastry brush in mixture and coat baking pan completely.
Use for any recipe that calls for greasing and flouring your pans. Store for up to three months in an air tight container in the refrigerator.
