Easy Raspberry Frosting

  • 1 pkg (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1/2 c. raspberry preserves
  • 1 oz unsweetened baking chocolate
  • 1 T. butter or margarine

Preparation

Step 1

Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and preserves on medium speed until smooth. Spread over cooled brownies. Refrigerate 15 minutes. In microwave, melt chocolate and butter, stirring until smooth. Drizzle over brownies. Refrigerate about 1 hour or until chocolate is firm before cutting. Store covered in refrigerator.
