Ingredients
- 1 can (12 oz) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits such as Pillsbury Grands Jr.
- 6 T butter, melted
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
Spray 10 muffin cups with nonstick spray
Cut each biscuit into thirds.
Pour melted butter into a medium bowl.
In another bowl stir together the sugars and cinnamon.
Dip the biscuit pieces into the butter then roll in the sugar mixture.
Place 3 biscuit pieces in each muffin cup
Bake until puffed and golden brown, about 12-15 minutes.
Run a knife around the edge of the cups and remove the rolls.
Drizzle with maple syrup.
Yields 10 rolls
