Broiler Nachos

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef ( or turkey or chicken)
- 1 envelope taco seasoning
- 12 oz bag tortilla chips
- 1 cup kernel corn
- 2 cups taco-blend cheese ( or sharp cheddar or Monterrey jack)
- desired garnishes ( ex: lettuce, salsa, tomatoes, etc)
Preparation
Step 1
In a skillet, brown ground beef with taco seasoning until no longer pink. If necessary, drain.
Preheat broiler.
Line a 10-11 inch rimmed baking sheet with foil. Lightly spray foil with non stick cooking spray.
Spread nacho chips out of baking sheet.
Then, spoon on taco meat and corn.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Cook under preheated broiler. This will only take a few minutes. Keep on eye on them..they cook fast!
Before serving, add garnish as desired ( ex: lettuce, sour cream, salsa, etc)
Serves: 6-8
