Ingredients
- 3-4 lb. chuck roast
- 2 Tbs. flour
- Salt & pepper
- 2 Tbs. olive or vegetable oil
- 1 cup beef broth
- 3-4 cloves crushed garlic
- 1 Tbs. Penzeys Old World Seasoning
Preparation
Step 1
Generously season meat with salt & pepper on both sides. Sprinkle flour on meat, shake off excess. In oil, sear meat on medium-high 5-6 minutes on each side.
Place meat in crock pot, pour beef broth over meat & add garlic &seasoning.
Cover & cook on high 5-6 hours.
