Wrangler Jelly (pineapple & jalapenos)

makes 4 half pint jars

Ingredients

  • 1 20 oz. can of crushed pineapple
  • 3 jalapenos, finely diced
  • 1/2 tea cayenne pepper
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 1 pkg. powdered pectin

Preparation

Step 1

In a large stainless steel pot combine all ingredients (except pectin) and heat to a full boil. Add the pectin and bring back to a full boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.

Ladle into jars and process in a hot water canner for 10 minutes.
