Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) cooked boneless skinless chicken breasts, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 3/4 cup salsa, divided 1/4 cup and 1/2 cup
  • 1/4 of 250g tub Philly cream cheese, plain or flavoured
  • 3/4 cup Tex Mex cheese, divided 1/4 cup and 1/2 cup
  • 8-12 small whole wheat tortillas

Preparation

Step 1

In a large skillet sprayed with Pam, heat chicken, peppers and chili powder.
Stir in 1/4 cup salsa and the cream cheese.
Cook until cream cheese is melted.
Stir in 1/4 cup shredded cheese.

Spoon 1/3 cup mixture down center of each wrap, roll up.
Place seam side down in 13x9 inch baking dish sprayed with Pam.
Top with remaining salsa and cheddar cheese.
Cover with foil.

Bake @375 for 20 mins
