A mix of spices for parathas

Ingredients

• 1 t black ppper
• 1 t black salt
• 1 and 1/2 t amchur (dry mango powder)
• 1/4 t hing
• 1 and 1/2 t red chilli flakes
• 1 t salt
• 1 t ajwain
• 1 T cummin seeds
• 3 T coriander seeds
• 1 T anardhana

Grind the spices coarsely not too fine.
