Ingredients
- 1 # Mini Penne Pasta
- 6 C Water or Chicken Stock
- 1/2 C EVOO
- 1/4 C Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 T Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 T Honey
- 2 C Cheery Tomatoes, Cut
- 7 oz Feta Cheese Crumbled
- 1 C Fresh Basil Chopped
- 1 C Green Onions Chopped - White & Green
- 1/2 C Nuts: Pine, Almond, Walnut, etc.

Preparation
Step 1
Large Pot Boil Water/Stock, Add Pasta. Cook & Drain - Let Cool.
Small Bowl Whisk Vinegar, Lemon, Honey & EVOO.
Add to Cool Pasta.
Add Remaining Ingredients & Toss.
Top with Nuts.
Serve at Room Temp. or Chilled.
