Sherry Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1 T. shallots, minced
  • 1 T. sherry vinegar
  • 1 T. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 T. water
  • 1/2 t. Dijon mustard
  • 1 / t. honey
  • 1/4 t. salt
  • 1/8 t. black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

In a small airtight container, combine all ingredients. Whisk until well blended. Pour over salad and toss until combined.

Works well with fruit such as pears, apples or berries on the salad.
