Mason Jar - Plum Crumble

Makes 6 - 4 oz. jars

Ingredients

  • FILLING
  • 6-8 plums, pitted and sliced
  • 1 T. cornstarch
  • 1.4 cup honey
  • 1.2 tea. cinnamon
  • CRUMBLE
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup pecans
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In large bowl, coat plum slices well with cornstarch nad cinnamon. Toss mixture with the honey.

Distribute mixture evenly into six 4 oz. mason jars.

In a medium bowl, whisk together oats, flour, nuts and brown sugar. Rub melted butter into mixture until crumbly.

Generously spoon the crumble on top of each jar.

Transfer jars to a baking sheet and bake 25-30 minutes until top is golden brown and bubbly.
