Cheddar Broccoli Salad

Ingredients

  • 6 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup chopped red onion
  • 1 1/2 cups mayo
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 12 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl combine broccoli, cheese and onion.
In a small bowl combine mayo, sugar and vinegar.
Pour over broccoli mixture and toss to coat.
Refridgerate for 24 hours, just before serving stir in the bacon.
