Bourbon Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 4 oz soy sauce
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 C packed brown sugar
  • 3/8 C bourbon
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Preparation

Step 1



Place chicken in 9x13 baking dish.

Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover and marinate in refrigerator over night.

Preheat oven to 325

Bake uncovered, basting frequently for 1 hour 15 minutes or until chicken is well browned and internal temp is 160.
