Ingredients
- 1 Shallot Minced
- 2 Garlic Cloves Minced
- 1/4 C White Wine
- 1/2 C Chicken Stock
- 1 C Heavy Cream
- EVOO
- Butter

Preparation
Step 1
Medium Skillet, Medium Heat. Add EVOO & Butter.
Add Shallot & Garlic Cook Until Brown.
Add Wine, Reduce.
Add Stock, Heat Until Bubbly, Reduce Heat.
Add Cream, Simmer Covered.
Serve Over: Chicken, Rabbit, Shrimp, etc.
