Chicken Florentine/Jenna

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts - cut in to bite-size pieces
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 4-8 cups frozen peas and carrots
  • 16 oz spaghetti noodles - broken in half
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 4 oz. sliced Mozzarella Cheese
  • Parmesan Cheese, Pepper and Salt

Preparation

Step 1

1. Put Chicken and broth in pot.
2. Then top with remaining ingredients (in layers) except for the cheese.
3. Put lid on and set pot on Poultry for 15 mins.
4. When done, quick release. Add Cheeses, Salt and Pepper and stir. Serve!
