Garlic Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • 2-3 # Pork Tenderloin
  • 3 T EVOO
  • 2 t Fresh Rosemary Chopped
  • 1/4 t Pepper
  • 1 T White Wine Vinegar
  • 2 Garlic Cloves Minced

Preparation

Step 1

Small Bowl Whisk All Ingredients Together.

Place Pork in Pyrex Dish & your Mixture Over, Cover & Refrigerate 3 Hours - Turn.

Preheat Oven 375F, Cook 30-40 Minutes: 160F.

Remove & Let Rest 10 Minutes Before Cutting.

Option: Cook on Low Heat Grill.
