Ingredients
- 1/3 1/3 1/3 cup grated piloncillo (or dark brown sugar)
- 2 1/2 2 1/2 1/2 tablespoons kosher salt
- 2 1/2 2 1/2 1/2 tablespoons seasoned salt
- 4 4 4 teaspoons garlic powder
- 4 4 4 teaspoons ancho chile powder
- 2 2 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
- 2 2 2 teaspoons Texas Meat Rub
- 3 3⁄4 3⁄4 teaspoon ground cumin
