Ingredients

  • 1/3 1/3 1/3 cup grated piloncillo (or dark brown sugar)
  • 2 1/2 2 1/2 1/2 tablespoons kosher salt
  • 2 1/2 2 1/2 1/2 tablespoons seasoned salt
  • 4 4 4 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 4 4 4 teaspoons ancho chile powder
  • 2 2 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 2 2 2 teaspoons Texas Meat Rub
  • 3 3⁄4 3⁄4 teaspoon ground cumin

Preparation

Stir together all the ingredients until well blended. Store in an airtight container up to 1 month.
