Pork Chops w/ apricot preserves

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/2 t pepper
  • 1/2 c flour
  • 1/2 t Morton's Natures seasoning blend
  • 2 t oil
  • 2 unsalted butter
  • 1/3 c white wine
  • 1/3 c apricot preserves
  • 1/3 c chicken or veg broth

Preparation

Step 1

Sprinkle chops w s&p. Mix together flour and seasoning. Dredge chops
Heat oil and butter. Brown chops. Remove to a plate.
Deglaze pan w wine. Bring to boil scraping pan. Reduce heat, add preserves and broth. Sir until thick and reduced some
