Ingredients
- 2 pieces of salmon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 T. Dijon mustard
- 1 T. honey
- 1/2 T. water
- 1/2 T. white wine vinegar
- 1/8 t. dry mustard
- 1/8 t. garlic powder
- 1/4 t. dill
- Olive oil cooking spray

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Coat a shallow baking dish with cooking spray.
Season both sides of the salmon with salt and pepper. Place salmon in prepared baking dish.
In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, water, vinegar, dry mustard, garlic powder and dill. Brush one tablespoon of sauce over salmon fillets; set remain sauce aside.
Roast salmon until fork tender, about 15 minutes. Serve salmon with reserved sauce spooned over top.
Tips: You can also grill the salmon according to your grill instructions.
