• 1 lb. hamburger
• 1 egg, slightly beaten
• 1/4 c. applesauce
• 1/2 c. crushed cornflakes
• 1/2 c. chopped onion
• 3/4 tsp. salt
• 1/8 tsp. pepper
• 1/8 tsp. garlic salt

Step 1

Form into small balls, and place int open roasting pan. Top with 1 8-oz. can of tomato sauce, if desired. Bake at 350* for 1 hour.
