Ingredients
- Crust:
- 8 inch square pan
- 5 graham crackers
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup cubed butter
- 1 egg
- Topping:
- 6 tblsp. Heavy whipping cream
- 9 oz. chopped milk chocolate
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350*
In food processor pulse the crackers. Then add the flour and sugar and pulse. Then add the butter and pulse till crumbly. Now add the egg and combine.
Pat into a pan and bake 20 minutes. Cool.
For the topping heat the whipping cream to a simmer. Remove from heat and add chopped chocolate, stirring to combine. Then add the marshmallows and pour into the cooled crust. Refrigerate till set.
