Ingredients
- Ingredients:
- 2 Tbs Olive Oil
- 1 lb Hamburger
- 1/2 Tbs Minced onion or chopped onion
- Chopped Green Pepper
- 1 Tbs Minced Garlic (optional)
- 2 1/2 C water (a little less)
- 45oz jar of spaghetti sauce (Lg Jar)
- 12 oz-16 oz spaghetti noodles (or 6 serving)
- Optional: Can also make with meatballs instead of Hamburger.
Preparation
Step 1
1. Add olive oil to the IP. Turn on IP to Sauté and brown hamburger. Add in onion, pepper and garlic.
2. Once hamburger is browned, add in water and spaghetti sauce. Turn IP to manual, high pressure. Break noodles in 1/3's and push noodles into liquid until they are covered.
3. Secure lid, close steam valve and set to 8 minutes (if you want more al dente set for a bit less time). Quick release when it beeps...stir and serve.
So easy AND delicious!
Frozen meatballs and pasta:
Layer the ingredients in the pot in this order: (do NOT stir)
3 cups water
Frozen homemade meatballs
16oz box uncooked pasta
2 jars of pasta sauce (24oz each)
Manual pressure for 10min
Natural pressure release
