Mini Corn Dog Muffin Bites

Ingredients

• 1 box of corn muffin mix,
• 1 package of hot dogs of your choice, cut into 5 pieces each.
• place hot dog in the center of the batter in each little muffin mold in the pan.
• bake for approximate 30 to 30 minutes or until corn muffin comes out knife clean. Enjoy with mustard and ketchup for dipping.
• Variations of the hot dog can be endless

Preparation

Step 1

Follow instructions on the box of your choice ( I used an easy mix that required only water)
fill a mini muffin pan 1/2 way.

Place hot dog in the center of the batter in each little muffin mold in the pan.
bake for approximate 30 to 30 minutes or until corn muffin comes out knife clean.

Enjoy with mustard and ketchup for dipping.
