Ingredients
- 1 carton veggie or chicken broth
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 red or green chili pepper sliced
- 1 tbsp lemongrass paste
- Pinch red chili flakes
- Small squeeze Sriacha sauce
- 1 onion sliced
- 2 stalk green onion diced
- 1 tbsp minced fresh ginger
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- Basil to serve
- 1 cup cilantro leaves
- 1 lime in wedges
- 6 slices bacon cooked, and diced
- Package of cooked chicken strips
- Rice Thai noodles or thick vermicelli noodles

Preparation
Step 1
MIx 4 cups water, broth, ginger, soy sauce, peppers, onions, fish sauce, lemongrass, flakes and boil
Prepare other ingredients in bowls
Boil noodles in water
Rinse noodles
Place noodles in bowls; pour broth over
