Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 5-6 T half&half
  • S&P
  • Celery salt
  • 1 T white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 1/2 # cabbage
  • 1 carrot

Preparation

Step 1

-Mix dressing, stirring to dissolve sugar.
-Adjust seasoning and set aside.
-Shred cabbage and carrot.
-Pour dressing over cabbage and carrot.
-Mix well, refrigerate to let flavors meld.
