Ingredients
- 2-4 Flame Roasted Whole Hatch Green Chiles......diced up small
- 3 large or 4 medium ripe avocados
- 1/2 white onion, peeled and finely chopped
- 1 Serrano chile, finely chopped (if more HEAT is needed)
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 small tomato - diced

Preparation
Step 1
•Remove the skin from the roasted green chiles.
•Chop the green chiles very fine.
•Mash the Avocado with a fork until almost smooth.
•Fold in the remaining ingredients and the chiles into the mashed avocado.
•Serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
