Ingredients

  • 4 chopped cloves of garlic
  • 1 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 jalapeño pepper chopped
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 3 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 pound dried vice vermicelli
  • 2 carrots julienned
  • 1 cucumber halved, peeled and sliced into thin half rounds
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
  • 1/2 cup finely shredded Napa cabbage
  • 1/4 cup chopped dry roasted nuts
  • 1 package of bean sprouts
  • Cooked chopped chicken

Servings 4

Preparation

Step 1

Mix garlic, cilantro, jalapeño, honey, lime juice, fish sauce and salt and process in food processor
Boil noodles for 2 minutes
Rinse with cold water
Combine sauce with veggies and noodles and bean sprouts
Toss and garnish with nuts and chicken
