Ingredients
- 4 chopped cloves of garlic
- 1 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 jalapeño pepper chopped
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 3 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 pound dried vice vermicelli
- 2 carrots julienned
- 1 cucumber halved, peeled and sliced into thin half rounds
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
- 1/2 cup finely shredded Napa cabbage
- 1/4 cup chopped dry roasted nuts
- 1 package of bean sprouts
- Cooked chopped chicken

Servings 4
Preparation
Step 1
Mix garlic, cilantro, jalapeño, honey, lime juice, fish sauce and salt and process in food processor
Boil noodles for 2 minutes
Rinse with cold water
Combine sauce with veggies and noodles and bean sprouts
Toss and garnish with nuts and chicken
