Ingredients
- 3 1/2 lbs boneless turkey breast
- 1 (14 ounce) can chicken broth or 1 (14 ounce) can homemade stock
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 apple chopped
- 1 small onion chopped
Preparation
Step 1
1 Rinse turkey breast and pat dry with paper towels.
2 Mix together melted butter, garlic, thyme and rosemary rub under skin.
3 Place in crock pot breast side down.
4 Pour hot chicken broth over turkey.
5 Add chopped apple and onion
6 Make gravy with juices if desired.
7 Cook 8-10 hours in crock pot on low.
