- 24 oz. petite red potatoes
- salt
- EEVO
- round Black pepper

Step 1
1. In heavy bottomed pot (like La Creuset) , cover potatoes with water, add a bit alf salt and bring to boil. Lower HEAT, COVER AND LET POTATOES COOK TIL TENDER.
2. DRAIN POTATOES, TRANSFER TO PLATE AND LIGHTLY SMASH WITH BOTTOM O GLASS.
3. Heat EEVO in same pot. Add smashed potatoes in single layer and cooke for 4 minutes on each side until crispy. Season with salt & pepper
