Congo Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 box brown sugar
  • 2/3 cup butter, melted
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 2/3 cup flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 cups chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.

2. Mix the brown sugar, butter, and eggs together.

3. Add the flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla, and chocolate chips. Mix well.

4. Spread in an ungreased 9 X 13.

5. Bake for 20 minutes.
