Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken
- flour to coat
- olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- water
- 1/2 cup sauce
Preparation
Step 1
1. Cut the chicken up into small pieces (minus the skin).
2. Add the skin to a small pot of water and bring to a boil.
3. Flour the chicken.
4. Brown the chicken in the olive oil and 1 clove of garlic.
5. Remove the garlic.
6. Add the water in which the skin was cooked.
7. Add the sauce and spoon it over the chicken.
8. Let simmer for about 1 1/2 hours.
