Ingredients
- 1 Cup Cold Butter, cubed
- 2 Cups Flour
- 1-8oz. pkg. Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1 Cup Confectioners' Sugar
- 1-12oz. Carton Frozen whipped Topping, Thawed, divided
- 3 Cups Cold Milk
- 2 pkg. (3.4oz. each) instant pudding mix (lemon, strawberry, chocolate, vanilla, etc.)

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut butter into flour until crumbly, I use food processor. Press into greased 13x9 baking dish. Bake until light brown, 18-20 minutes. Cool
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add 1/2 of cool whip. Spread over cooled crust.
Beat milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes. Spread over cream cheese layer. Top with remaining whipped topping. Refrigerate at least 1 hour
