Ingredients
- 1 Pound Ground turkey
- 1 Tsp Grape seed oil
- 1 Cup Mushrooms Sliced
- 1 Cup Fresh Green Onions Chopped
- 2 Tbsp Tamari or Soy Sauce, Low sodium
- 2 Tbsp Fresh Ginger, Chopped
- 2 Tbsp Garlic, Minced
- 4 Cups Cabbage, Sliced
- Sea salt, To taste
Preparation
Step 1
STEP #1Whisk the tamari, ginger, garlic, and salt together in a small bowl, then set aside.
STEP #2In a large skillet, cook your ground turkey in grape seed oil until browned.
STEP #3Add the mushrooms and green onion; cook for a few more minutes until softened.
STEP #4Add the tamari, ginger, and garlic mixture to the skillet.
STEP #5Stir to combine, then add the cabbage and continue to stir until the cabbage has wilted and softened.
STEP #6Top with green onion and enjoy immediately!
